Because all items manufactured in our laboratory are custom-made, print-on-demand assets featuring your specific photographs, unique text strings, and selected regional templates, we do not accept standard retail returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once production has initialized. Once a high-grade PVC or Polycarbonate card has been thermally fused with your custom data, those physical materials cannot be reused, restocked, or resold.

However, we stand entirely behind our physical craftsmanship and data engineering. Below is our clear, low-friction policy governing manufacturing errors, shipping damages, and order replacements.

1. Our 100% Quality & Defect Guarantee

We maintain an incredibly low error rate due to our multi-point pre-flight digital inspections. That said, if our print engineers or software compilation systems make a mistake on your order, we will fix it immediately at zero cost to you.

We will issue a 100% free reprint and priority reshipment if your order suffers from any of the following issues:

  • Laboratory Typos: The text printed on the face of the card or encoded within the reverse-side PDF417 barcode deviates from the exact text strings you submitted during checkout.
  • Structural Defects: The card arrives with severe physical flaws, including peeling laminate layers, warped polymer cores, or deep surface scratches caused by machinery malfunction.
  • Graphic Alignment Errors: The visual layout features severe color bleeding, off-center hydraulic die-cuts, or overlapping microtext fields that ruin the realism of the prop.

No Physical Mail-In Required

Important Security Note: To preserve your privacy and eliminate transit risks, we will never ask you to mail a replica card back to our physical laboratory address. If your order has a defect, you only need to provide digital verification through your secure account dashboard.

2. Scenarios Not Covered by Our Policy

Because we build exactly what you submit to our design studio, we cannot offer free replacements or refunds for mistakes made on the customer side. Please double-check your workspace layouts carefully before submitting your order. We do not offer reprints or refunds for:

  • User Input Typos: Misspelled names, incorrect height/weight metrics, or wrong dates of birth entered into our ordering form.
  • Substandard Photo Uploads: Cards printed with blurry, low-resolution, poorly lit portraits because the user did not follow our guidelines on how to take a fake id picture.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: Changing your mind about a project, event, or regional template selection after the card has already entered our air-gapped print bay.

3. Shipping & Delivery Failures

We track every parcel through optimized logistical corridors. If your package encounters distribution anomalies, our policy ensures your investment is fully protected.

Lost in Transit

If your tracking profile stalls out, completely stops updating for more than 14 business days, or is officially flagged as lost by the postal courier, we classify the shipment as lost. We will immediately initiate a complete reprint of your exact design template and route it through an alternative shipping pipeline at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Address Submissions

We pull shipping coordinates directly from your encrypted checkout profile. If a package is marked as undeliverable or sent back due to a faulty street address, zip code, or apartment number provided by you, a shipping re-delivery fee will be required to re-route your package once it is reclaimed.

4. The Data Purge Time Constraint

As outlined in our Privacy Policy, our server infrastructure runs an automated 48-hour zero-retention data scrubber. The exact moment your tracking number switches to “Delivered,” a countdown begins. Within 48 hours, all your uploaded photos, signature vectors, and text matrices are permanently erased from our print servers.

  • The Claim Window: You must inspect your physical cards and file any defect claims through your secure account communications portal within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Why this matters: If you wait longer than 48 hours to notify us of a layout issue, our automated systems will have already wiped your design files. Without those source files, our lab cannot execute a free reprint, and you will have to re-upload your assets to start a new project.

5. How to File a Reprint Claim

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or physical damage, filing a claim is simple, fast, and fully secure:

  2. Open a support ticket inside your private communications dashboard within 48 hours of package arrival.
  3. Upload a clear, high-resolution close-up photograph of the physical card, highlighting the specific print defect, typo, or damage.
  4. Our quality assurance team will review the image against your original database intake strings within 12 hours. Once verified, your order will be placed at the absolute front of our priority print line for immediate manufacturing and stealth dispatch.

6. Financial Refunds

In rare circumstances where a technical reprint is impossible or mutually agreed upon as unfeasible by our support team, a financial refund may be processed.

  • Approved refunds are processed directly back to the original method of payment used during your secure checkout workflow.
  • Depending on your local banking institution or financial aggregator, standard processing times apply before the statement credit registers on your account.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during limited-time laboratory promotional events or using volume wholesale discount tiers are eligible for technical reprints only—not direct cash refunds.
