We run a disciplined operation built on material accuracy and data security, and we expect our clients to interact with our platform under the same strict guidelines.

1. Scope of Service and Intended Use

We operate a print-on-demand laboratory utilizing industrial re-transfer machinery and high-grade polymer substrates. Our products are engineered and sold exclusively for legitimate, non-fraudulent creative and educational applications, including:

Security & Compliance Training: Tactile reference decks utilized by compliance officers, hospitality managers, and security directors to educate staff on credential verification protocols.

We do not manufacture official government identification cards. Any attempt to utilize our custom printed assets for identity theft, fraud, unauthorized entry, or any illegal activity constitutes a material breach of this agreement. We reserve the absolute right to terminate accounts and cancel print orders if we suspect a user intends to violate these boundaries.

2. User Eligibility and Account Responsibility

To access our online creator studio, save custom layouts, or order products, you must meet strict structural criteria:

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Information Accuracy: All registration details, email coordinates, and shipping metrics must be entirely accurate and current.
Access Confidentiality: You are entirely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Because our production lines run on an air-gapped system with a strict data-wipe policy, we cannot recover forgotten account histories or custom designs once an automated purge cycle finishes.

If you upload a blurry, out-of-focus, or poorly lit photo, those visual flaws will be permanently embedded into the physical plastic. We do not offer reprints or refunds for cards generated using sub-standard customer photography.

Data Compilation Liability

Our software automated backend automatically encodes the names, text entries, and dates you input into standard data matrices (such as PDF417 2D barcodes). Any typos, spelling errors, or incorrect formatting choices made during checkout will be printed and encoded precisely as requested. You are required to perform a comprehensive review of your design canvas before finalizing production.

We maintain zero tolerance for the upload of exploitative imagery, child-related media, explicit hate symbols, or copyrighted third-party corporate logos without explicit written authorization from the trademark holder.

4. Technical and Material Specifications

Chargeback and Dispute Policy: Because our items are custom manufactured and your digital footprint is completely wiped within 48 hours of arrival, we investigate payment disputes aggressively. 6. Stealth Logistics and Delivery Conditions

Successful delivery requires careful routing and robust protective design. When you place an order, you accept our logistics framework:

Discrete Packaging: All orders travel inside heavy-duty, non-descript commercial shipping envelopes. There is no mention of card manufacturing, props, or our brand name on the exterior of the parcel.
Transit Expectations: While we optimize shipping routes to avoid high-scrutiny transit bottlenecks, provided delivery windows are estimates, not concrete guarantees. Delays resulting from postal courier backlogs are outside our sphere of control.
Transfer of Risk: Once a postal carrier logs a package status as “Delivered” to the exact coordinates provided during checkout, the fulfillment obligation is legally complete.

By executing a transaction on our site, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ID Plug Master and its employees from any claims, losses, legal fees, or liabilities arising directly from your violation of these terms or your deployment of our novelty assets in a manner that contradicts your local or regional laws.

9. Modifications to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify, adapt, or completely update these Terms and Conditions at our discretion to match changing technological requirements or legal shifts.
